This workshop infuses Salsa with the African and Latin folkloric movement that are its roots. Opening the body and our awareness with fundamental movement exercises, we then dive into the foundational expressions of these cultures within the Salsa genre. Whether dancing on1, on2, casino or if you just want to move in new ways. This workshop provides, education, practical use in social dancing and is filled with JOY!
